Influenced by Western artists, he published numerous books and gained international acclaim. His career was marked by his use of color and intricate compositions. In the 1970s he illustrated articles for The New York Times, and his work evolved as he embraced a more abstract style. Despite battling Parkinson’s disease, Ardeshir continued to create until his death in 2008, leaving a lasting impact on the world of satire and art.
