Pacific Symphony's Nowruz Concert Feat. Shahram Nazeri
Farhang Foundation was delighted to have collaborated with the esteemed Pacific Symphony and its music director, Maestro Carl St. Clair, in presenting the annual Nowruz Concert at the prestigious Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall. This year marked a special occasion as we were privileged to host one of the foremost masters of Iranian music, the legendary Shahram Nazeri, whose mesmerizing performance graced the symphony stage. Joining us were distinguished guests, including Maestro Shardad Rohani, debuting his latest composition, "PERSEPOLIS," alongside the captivating vocalist Mahsa Vahdat and the talented Sorvad Ensemble, directed by Pejman Hadadi. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the sold-out audience whose presence made the evening truly unforgettable. Special appreciation goes to the entire team at the Pacific Symphony for their unwavering commitment and dedication to celebrating Nowruz, and particularly the rich heritage of Iranian music.
